Ingredients

4.2 oz (120 g) lean ground beef

2.8 oz (80 g) uncooked white rice

⅓ cup (60 g) corn

½ cup (80 g) diced tomatoes

1 cup (50 g) shredded lettuce

2 tbsp (30 g) salsa

2 tbsp (40 g) light crème fraîche

½ tsp chili powder
-
½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp cumin

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.

Season the beef with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper.

Add the cooked rice to a bowl and top with the ground beef, corn, tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

Add salsa and light crème fraîche on top.
